You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of JurisAgents AI Suite are owned by ZIEMACS AI, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

7. Limitation of Liability

JurisAgents AI Suite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZIEMACS AI, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
